OVERWHELMING BUSINESS: The owners of building material shops on Jl. Jatinegara Barat, get ready to close. The Ciliwung River has breached its banks and started to flood the area. Continuous heavy rain since Saturday afternoon had swamped many parts of the capital on Sunday, forcing more than 650 families to take shelter and the police to close several roads and re-direct traffic.
